Here to delete your account? We’re sorry to see you go. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to improve, but if your mind is made up, you can delete your account immediately by going to Profile → Privacy → Delete account in the app.
Just want to delete your data? You can request removal of your recent history (100 most recent items viewed in app), and/or private itineraries and lists, without deleting your account. Data deletion does not include removal of anonymised app interactions (e.g. tile and banner tap counts) or user preferences required for continued app usage (e.g. language, theme, preferred distance units km/mi). You can delete your recent history immediately in app by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top right corner to open the history menu, then tapping Clear history. You can delete private itineraries and lists immediately in app by opening the given itinerary or list and tapping the + (plus) menu in the bottom right corner then tapping Delete itinerary/list.
Deletion requests made using this form may take up to 30 days to process. If requesting Data deletion please ensure you tell us exactly which data you want to delete.
